FlightReady
A pre-flight go/no-go risk model for small aircraft that shows its work.
FlightReady takes the inputs a preflight risk assessment already uses — weather, pilot currency, route and terrain, aircraft, time of day — and turns them into a transparent score with per-factor contributions, an uncertainty band, and a tail-risk view of the worst plausible outcomes. The idea I kept coming back to: a go/no-go call is a bet on the worst likely day, not an average one. Built for human review, not to automate the decision.
